The US is offering rewards for the first time for information on Islamist militants in North and West Africa, reports the BBC.
Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau tops the US Department of State’s list with a bounty of up to $7m.
Also wanted are leaders from Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and the Movement for Unity and Jihad in West Africa.
